Minato Rima (皆戸理芳) is a former idol and a former 2nd generation member of BANZAI JAPAN. She joined the group on July 30, 2015, as part of ASHIGARU JAPAN and was promoted to a full member on September 27.

On October 22, 2024, she announced on Twitter that she would graduate from the group on December 8, 2024.
